01What is an Italian pizza muffin?It is pizza baked in a deep muffin-tin form rather than flat. Thick rustic golden crust walls hold extra pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, parmesan and our marinara secret recipe sauce, with five mini pepperoni rounds on top. It is roughly 6 cm across — a two-bite mini, no wider than two fingers. It is oven-baked, never fried, and it is not a mini pizza, a slice, or a cupcake.
02Where are you based and where do you deliver?Italian Muffins was founded in Miami, Florida in 2018 and is now hand-made in Santa Barbara, California. We deliver event-ready across Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta and Carpinteria, and travel further for larger bookings.
03What kinds of events do you cater?Sporting events and stadium hospitality, concerts and arena tours, private aviation, weddings, polo clubs, corporate events, graduations and children's birthdays.
04Are they messy to eat?No — that is the point of the format. They are mess-free, not greasy and not soggy, they never fall apart, and they need no plate and no cutlery. They are designed to be eaten standing up, one-handed.
05How far in advance should I order?Every package is baked to order, so the earlier the better — but tell us your date and headcount and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
06What is the smallest order you take?Package A is 48 muffins at $149. For anything larger than Package D (384 muffins), send us a message and we will quote it.
07Do you deliver to venues?Yes. Orders arrive event-ready — baked, boxed and ready to serve — from our Santa Barbara kitchen to your venue.
08What is actually in a Pizza Muffin?Dough filled with extra pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, parmesan cheese and our marinara secret recipe sauce, oven-baked with five mini pepperoni on top. Never fried.
